Managing Director Said Oliver Kaddouri brings decades of experience from international projects in engineering, consulting and project management. He is supported by Junior Electrical Engineer Caline Mefo, who ensures smooth processes with expertise and precision.

Said Oliver Kaddouri
Said Oliver Kaddouri, born in 1967 in Essen, is a state-certified electrical engineering technician and, since 2024, a TÜV-certified Functional Safety Engineer.
As an E&I/EMSR project manager, he combines technical precision with many years of experience and a clear focus on safe and efficient solutions. The German-Moroccan family man is married and the father of three children.
As Managing Director, I was responsible for:
Planner for medium-voltage switchgear (20 kV)
Projects: UW Triebwerk; UW Merianstraße; UW Zellhausen
- Analysis of discipline-specific requirements in line with the project objectives
- Planning of gas-insulated grid stations and substations (20 kV) in AutoCAD
- Planning and designing replacement measures
- Preparation of tender documents
- Space requirement planning
- Coordination with 20 kV system suppliers (e.g., Siemens / Betonbau)
- Cost estimation for budget planning
- Consideration of pressure relief and access/escape routes in the event of a short circuit
- Detailed specification as the basis for an EU-wide tender
- HOAI service phases 2–6
- Creation and continuous maintenance of the project schedule
- Maintaining LOP lists and meeting minutes / reports
Caline Verdiane Mefo
Caline Mefo holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and completed her bachelor’s thesis on: “Battery storage arrangement for the application of time-domain spectroscopy”.
Caline speaks German and French (native) fluently, and English (basic).
In our company, she was responsible for the following projects:
- Design of the new switchgear building in AutoCAD
- Integration and selection of oil transformers
